मन

इन्सान का सबसे बड़ा दोस्त और दुश्मन मन हैं। जिस इन्सान का मन जिस उद्देश्य को पाने में लग जाता हैं, वो इन्सान उस उद्देश्य को शत प्रतिशत प्राप्त कर लेता हैं। परन्तु मन को सद्गुरु यानि भगवान प्रिय नहीं लगता। इसलिए मन सद्गुरु यानि भगवान का स्मरण करते वक्त इधर-उधर भटकता हैं। सद्गुरु यानि भगवान का एहसास पाने के लिए इन्सान को मन को इधर-उधर से खींचकर सद्गुरु यानि भगवान में लगाना पड़ता हैं। कोशिश-कर्म करने से मन सद्गुरु यानि भगवान में लग जाता है और इन्सान सद्गुरु यानि भगवान का एहसास प्राप्त कर लेता हैं।
