Person’s greatest friend and enemy is his/her mind. The person whose mind is focused on achieving his/her objective then that person achieves that objective cent-percent. But the mind does not like Sadhguru i.e. God. That is why the mind wanders here and there while remembering Sadhguru i.e. God. To realize Sadhguru i.e. God, one has to pull the mind from here and there and concentrate it on Sadhguru i.e. God. By doing efforts, the mind gets focused on the Sadguru i.e. God and the person attains the realization of the Sadguru i.e. God.
