इन्सान का अपने मन को अपने नियन्त्रण में करना असंभव तो नहीं परन्तु बहुत ज्यादा मुश्किल कार्य है। एक शब्द में कहूं तो मन ही इन्सान के सफ़ल-विफ़ल, विजेता-हारेता, विकास-ह्रास और मान-अपमान का कारण है। नित्य-निरन्तर मन को एकाग्रतापूर्वक वश में करने की कोशिश-कर्म से ही इन्सान अपने मन को वश में कर सकता है। इसलिये मैं सद्गुरू दया-कृपा से सफ़लता, विजयश्री, विकास और मान की प्राप्ति के लिए मन को वश में करने के लिए नित्य-निरन्तर कोशिश-कर्म करता रहता हूँ। मैं तो बस सद्गुरु परमात्मा की चरण शरण हूँ।
