Daily seven periods
This post of mine is to realize Sadhguru i.e. God in oneself and to achieve the income target as per one’s daily target.
This post of mine is for the welfare, progress, development and attainment of high morale of about 850 crore human beings of the universe without any discrimination of religion, language, society, caste, class, gender, color and age. It is to be achieved by the blessings, deeds and mercy of the Sadhguru i.e. God, with a balanced approach of the seeker and the effort maker, through meditation, prayer, effort, marketing and remembering.
1. First period: Time from 04:00 am to 05:36 am. You can adjust the time as per your convenience.
Morning practice: A rosary of remembrance in your name ‘Sadhguru’
Time ten minutes
Do prayer before the rosary and do prayer after the rosary.
While sitting in Vajrasana, inhale and exhale a rosary of 121 beads with the word ‘Sadhguru’. You can adjust the asana as per your convenience.

2. Second Period: Meditation
Morning practice: Time 30 minutes
Meditation has to be done by sitting in Siddhasana while inhaling and exhaling. You can adjust the asana as per your convenience.

3.Third Period: Three Prayers
Morning practice: Time 30 minutes
A. Master Prayer
B. Improvement Prayer
c. Control prayer
All three prayers have to be done while sitting in Vajrasana. You can adjust the asana as per your convenience.

4. Fourth period: Time from 06:30 pm to 07:30 pm. You can adjust the time as per your convenience.
Evening Practice: Time: 30 minutes
A. Master Prayer
B. Improvement Prayer
c. Control prayer
All three prayers have to be done while sitting in Padamasana. You can adjust the asana as per your convenience.

5. Fifth Period: Meditation
Evening practice: Time 30 minutes
Meditation has to be done by sitting in Siddhasana while inhaling and exhaling. You can adjust the asana as per your convenience.

6. Sixth Period: Daily Prayers. You can adjust the time as per your convenience.
Night practice: Time 40 minutes
Daily prayers have to be done while sitting in Vajrasana. You can adjust the asana as per your convenience.
