The first thing after waking up in the morning and the second time before sleeping at night, this rosary of 121 beads has to be said while sitting in Vajrasana. One has to move each bead while inhaling and exhaling.
By your mercy and kindness, I am praying this rosary to achieve the goals of spiritual and worldly life of me, my family members, my brothers and sisters and their family members. I am chanting this rosary for my and their well-being, progress, development and high morale by becoming your medium, i.e. instrument, meditating on you and your form, with patience, joy and attentive remembrance of the name ‘Sadhguru’ given by you. I just take refuge at your feet.
