Just as sugar and salt are present in a substance but are not visible. Similarly, the Sadhguru that is, God is the Creator of this universe, yet He remains invisible. The underlying meaning is that, just as sugar and salt are invisible yet exist, so too do they have an existence. Similarly, Sadhguru i.e. God is not visible but He exists.
