Purpose

Question — For what purpose was a human being born?

Answer — Human beings are born to receive eight hours of education daily during childhood, and subsequently, in adulthood, to work for eight hours each day for making career to earn an income for self-reliance and livelihood. Subsequently, it is intended for the purpose of marrying and providing for the family. According to the daily schedule, eight hours of the day are designated for daily routines concerning the body, mind, intellect, and soul, as well as for the observance of daily spiritual disciplines dedicated to the Sadhguru—that is, the Supreme Soul. It is meant for getting eight hours of deep sleep at night. This is my appeal to all human beings in the world, based on my own life experiences.
