ਅੱਸੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ 800 ਕਰੋੜ ਇਨਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਲੱਸ ਆਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਨਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਔਰ ਮਾਇਨਸ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਨਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਵਦੀ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਆਮਦਨੀ (ਕੁਲ ਆਮਦਨੀ – ਕੁਲ ਖ਼ਰਚਾ = ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਆਮਦਨੀ) ਦਾ 5 % ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੋਕਜਣ ਕਲਿਆਣਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ, ਚਿਕਿਤਸਾ, ਸਵਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ, ਸਹਿਯੋਗ, ਸਹਭੋਜ ਔਰ ਵਰਿਕਸ਼ਰੋਪਨ ਆਦਿ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਖਰਚ ਕਰਣ। ਅਗਰ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਰਣਵਸ਼ ਸਵਯੰ ਖ਼ਰਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਆਵਦੀ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਆਮਦਨੀ (ਕੁਲ ਆਮਦਨੀ – ਕੁਲ ਖ਼ਰਚਾ = ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਆਮਦਨੀ) ਦਾ 5 % ਹਿੱਸਾ ਆਵਦੇ ਆਮਿਲ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਟਰੀਬੂਟ ਕਰਣ। ਤਾਕਿ ਆਮਿਲ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਉੰਨਾਂ ਬਿਹਾਲਫ਼ ਉੱਤੇ ਲੋਕਜਣ ਕਲਿਆਣਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ, ਚਿਕਿਤਸਾ, ਸਵਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ, ਸਹਿਯੋਗ, ਸਹਭੋਜ ਔਰ ਵਰਿਕਸ਼ਰੋਪਨ ਆਦਿ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਖਰਚ ਕਰ ਸਕੇਂ।
