What is the purpose of human birth?

Every human being in creation is allotted 1,440 minutes a day to pursue and achieve their spiritual and worldly goals—mindful of destiny, fate, and a balanced perspective—through spiritual practice, prayer, mindset, an active disposition, a focused mind, concentration, dedicated effort, even marketing and along with remembrance. One must create a schedule and engage in spiritual practice and diligent effort every day.

In this, every individual is required to dedicate 10% of their 1440 minutes—that is, 144 minutes—to spiritual practice in order to attain peace and tranquility which involves daily routines, self-study, and meditation.

In this, every individual must put in the effort—specifically, 90% of their 1,440 minutes (i.e., 1,296 minutes)—to secure comfort and amenities. t encompasses diet and lifestyle, deliberation and discussion, hard work, earning a livelihood, daily routines, and rest.
