It is not impossible for a person to control his mind but it is a very difficult task. In one word, mind is the reason for man’s success-failure, winner-loser, development-degradation and honor-disgrace. A person can control his mind only by continuously trying to control the mind with concentration and action. Therefore, with the kindness and mercy of Sadhguru i.e. God, I keep trying daily to control my mind to achieve success, victory, development and respect. I am just taking refuge in the feet of Sadhguru i.e. God.
